Addressing the needs of MTDM companies and planting the seeds for a successful future
This 13 week seminar series is designed to increase efficiencies and profitable operations, giving manufacturers a clearer understanding of factors affecting good business decisions.
Who should attend? This course is designed for Mold, Tool and Die manufacturers in senior management positions. It is limited to a total of 36 participants, with no more than 2 participants per company.
What is expected? This seminar series will be interactive with assignments and preparatory reading for each session.
Why should you attend? Today’s manufacturers face many challenges; this series will cover topics relating to the challenges you face including: reading financial statements; costing and bidding; managing currency fluctuations; lean manufacturing practices; quality programs; marketing topics; HR issues and much more.
