Subway Cardio Challenge for Hospice
May 4, 2009 to May 18, 2009 - Hoping to build on last year’s huge success when Jared of Subway came to the Windsor area and walked with over 3,000 schools kids, we at Hospice of Windsor and Essex County are once again holding this event at area schools and fitness clubs. Cardio challenge is an event where anyone can participate during this two week period. The child or adult only needs to record their every day fitness activities such as walking, running, playing basketball and any of these activities and they need not be of an organized nature. The main goal is to get more children and adults in Essex County involved with every day activities that have a fitness segment attached to these activities.
