Festival of Ice
Feb 6, 2010 to Feb 7, 2010 - Enjoy the true beauty of winter and the magic of ice wine with the Wineries of Lake Erie North Shore on February 6th and 7th. Icewine tastings and mulled wine beside bonfires, professional ice carvers creating masterpieces, melted chocolate treats and artisan cheeses, and gliding on a pond are just some of the fun offerings out at the county wineries. Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery will be opening up their ponds for ice skating for all to enjoy a “Glide thru Winter” with warm mulled or cider wines, delicious soups, and ice wine tastings alongside the bonfire.
